Mascara Dorada vs BUSHI CMLL Welterweight Title Match
Tetsuya Naito attacks Dorada before the match then BUSHI sends Dorada outside as the match starts. BUSHI dives over the top rope and takes out Dorada. Dorada walks the ropes and dropkicks BUSHI, followwing it up with a dive to the outside; think Undertaker's old school if he dove to the outside. Dorada hits a springboard cross body for a quick 2 count, following it up with a tilt-a-whirl flapjack for another quick 2 count as we go to commercial.
Dorada runs at BUSHI, but gets a enzugiri in the corner, BUSHI following it up with a beautiful huricanrrana that sends Dorada out of the ring. BUSHI then dives through the ropes and sends Dorada to the ground, dropkicking him as soon as he gets back into the ring. BUSHI rolls Dorada up for a quick 2 count then comes off the top rope only to gets dropkicked in mid air by Dorada. Dorada walks the ropes again and hits a big springboard splash for a quick 2 count. Dorada hits a moonsault for a close 2 count then hangs BUSHI on the ropes as EVIL comes onto the apron. BUSHI hits Dorada with the mist and a lowblow, but somehow Dorada gets out at 2 and three quarters. BUSHI follows up with MX however and gets the pin and the win. I saw this last year and totally thought that was when Dorada kept it, but I was happy for BUSHI.
Winner: BUSHI via pinfall with the MX
Hiroshi Tanahashi & Katsuyori Shibata vs Kazuchika Okada & Tomohiro Ishii
Okada and Tana lock it up to start the match for a clean break. JR and Josh are talking about Wrestle Kingdom coming up, so it's safe to assume next week we start Wrestle Kingdom 10 which will be absolutely amazing; I won't spoil it, but it was the best wrestling event I've seen including Wrestlemania, from top to bottom. Ishii anad Shibata are tagged in as Shibata just takes control of Ishii with forearms and kicks then Ishii gets up off the mat and the two exchange forearms and chops. Ishii hits a series of chops and a headbutt, trying to chop Shibata down, but Shibata doesn't drop until he is chopped in the throat. Ishii sends Shibata in the corner and tags in Okada who hits a baseball slide dropkick then a neckbreaker for a quick 1 count. Shibat a turns Okada inside out with a knee then tags in Tanahashi who repeatedly drops Okada with a slingblade. Tanahashi hits a swanton bomb for a quick 2 count then whips Okada into the corner, dropkicking him right in the knee when he comes back. Tana starts to apply the cloverleaf, but Okada gets to the ropes then hits a flapjack. Okada tags in Ishii who takes out Shibata on the apron then chops Tana. Tanahashi tries to drop Ishii with headbutts, but he doesn't move and gets dropped by just one by Ishii. Ishii and Tana exchange forearms in the corner, Ishii getting a snapmare and applying a sleeper hold, but Tana gets out. Tana hits a dragon sleeper and tags in Shibata who knocks Okada off the apron then hits Ishii with a series of forearms in the corner, following it up with a dropkick then a floatover suplex for a quick 2 count. Shibata instantly transitions into an armbar then into a triangle choke. Ishii manages to get his foot on the rope then Shibata hits a series of kicks to Ishii, following it up with an octopus stretch, but Okada breaks it up. Ishii drops Shibata with a stiff elbow as both men fall to the mat. Tanahashi and Okada are tagged back in, Okada hitting his reverse neckbreaker then hits his signature elbow drop. Okada starts to go for the RAINMAKER, but Tana drops him with a dropkick to the knee then hits a dragon screw into the cloverleaf. Both Tanahashi and Shibata have sbumissions applied in the center of the ring, but Ishii gets out and saves Okada. Okada goes for the RAINMAKER, but Tana counters with a slingblade. Okada hits his perfect dropkick on Shibata as we go to commercial.
Tana and Okada exchange forearms on their knees in the center of the ring. Okada goes for the tombstone, but Tana counters and slaps him, only for Okada to hit a european uppercut. Shibata and Ishii are back in as they try to drop each other, both hitting a series of german suplexes on each other. They exchange forearms then Shibata drops Ishii with a dropkick for a quick 2 count.
