New Day Sign Five-Year Deals With WWE, Street Profits Ink Multi-Year Deals
Kofi Kingston wasn’t the only member of New Day to agree to a new deal with WWE as Big E and Xavier Woods also agreed to five-year deals with the company.
Ryan Satin first reported the extension news on WWE Backstage. Satin went on to report that all three members of New Day agreed to the same terms and payout as a show of solidarity. Kofi first announced that he signed a new five-year deal on the latest episode of New Day: Feel The Power podcast.
Kofi and Big E are the current SmackDown Tag Team Champions. Woods is currently sidelined with a torn Achilles and there is no timetable for his return.
Along with New Day, Satin also reported that The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) also signed multi-year deals with WWE. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Street Profits are former NXT Tag Team Champions. They are currently part of the Raw brand.
