New AEW Tag Team Champions Crowned At AEW Full Gear
The Young Bucks finally won the big won at AEW Full Gear.
The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) defeated FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood) at AEW Full Gear to win the AEW Tag Team Titles. The Bucks scored the victory after Cash tried a springboard 450 but missed, leading to Matt hitting a superkick, without his shoe on, for the pinfall.
The match served as a love letter to tag team wrestling with the Bucks and FTR paying tribute to The Dudleyz, The Hardyz, The Steiners, DIY, The Hart Foundation, and other great teams from the past.
The marks for the first AEW Tag Team Title reign for the Bucks. They stated before the match that they would never challenge for the Tag Team Titles again if they lost at Full Gear.
