Following the tag team bout pitting PCO & Sami Callihan against The Good Hands (Jason Hotch & John Skyler), the lights went down and a mystery “23” teaser aired. 

Commentator Tom Hannifan asked, “What the hell was that?” Matthew Rehwoldt did not have an answer.
