MVP Now Managing Brendan Vink & Shane Thorne, Aja Smith And Ever-Rise Make WWE Raw Debuts
More debuts on WWE Raw.
MVP opened up Monday’s WWE Raw with the VIP Lounge featuring Apollo Crews, Rey Mysterio, and Aleister Black. But he wasn’t done for the night as he returned later on to reveal that he would now be representing Shane Thorne & Brendan Vink. MVP, on the behalf of Thorne & Vink, went on to challenge the team of Ricochet & Cedric Alexander to a tag team match.
Ricochet & Alexander previously defeated Thorne & Vink on the April 20 episode of WWE Raw. The rematch has yet to be confirmed.

Elsewhere on Raw, referee Aja Smith made her WWE Raw debut as the official in the bout between Bobby Lashley and Denzel Dejournette. Smith, who previously wrestled on the Independent scene, was signed as a referee by WWE in February.

Finally, Ever-Rise (Chase Parker & Matt Martel) made their debuts on WWE Raw, losing to Ricochet & Alexander. The duo was signed by WWE in 2019 and have made a handful of appearances on NXT television. It wasn’t their first time on Raw as a team as they were used an enhancement talent (under the names Francois & Jean-Paul in 2018.
