MVP Denies Reports Of Going To Alabama To See A Surgeon For Potential Knee Injury
On Monday’s WWE Raw Talk, MVP showed up to the set using crutches. He appeared to be hurt during his Raw six-man tag team match where he teamed with Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin against Riddle & Lucha House Party (Lince Dorado & Gran Metalik).
He was seen limping during the match and Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reported ringside officials were helping him to the back when the cameras were not on him.
Mike Johnson at PWInsider reported MVP traveled to Birmingham, Alabama on Tuesday morning, though no specific reason was given as to why.
MVP took to social media on Tuesday night to deny the report.
Someone told me the “dirtsheets” are reporting I went to Alabama to see surgeons. You guys should stop reading what those idiots report. They’re always wrong.–
