More On ROH Informing Talents Of Business Changes, Caprice Coleman Speaks

We’ve learned a bit more about how ROH notified members of the roster that they would be drastically changing the way things were run in the company.

There was a company wide Zoom call, which was weekly thing, and some of the wrestlers got word ahead of it starting that it didn’t sound good. However, there were a lot of non-contracted regulars who weren’t on the call and found out like the rest of the world. The ROH situation has been a major point of discussion within the wrestling world, and a week after effectively releasing the entire roster, the company held tapings.

Fightful was told that the mood was surprisingly positive for many, with talent taking a lot of pictures with each other and exchanging ideas of where they’re going or who might have interest. Those that we’ve spoken to have said that the atmosphere was been a positive one, although a bit more somber than before the announcement, obviously. However, we’re told as the final episode of ROH television taped on Wednesday of the tapings, there were some very emotional faces around the venue.

Fightful spoke to Caprice Coleman, who believes the company will restart in April as they claim, and told us he thinks it will be their best effort.
