MLW News And Notes From Recent NYC Show

– Sources in MLW say Melrose Ballroom sold out. They added additional seating and standing room GA to break their record in the building, with a claimed total of 1,104 in attendance. They’ll be returning to New York City this summer for a PPV.

– Merchandise sales were up significantly from last NYC show, breaking the all-time NYC record for the company, which dates back to MLW’s first show in 2002 at the Manhattan Center.

– The company had a double best bout bonus given out for Matt Riddle vs. DBS and Star Jr. vs. Magnus. Both be part of their free special on March 16 on beIN Sports on cable.

– MLW announced it will be heading to Australia at the end of August for a weekend tour with OPW.

– Brett Ryan Gosselin is in line for a push as a heel and was getting a lot of praise within MLW.
