MLW Fightland Draws 40,000 Viewers On VICE TV As One-Hour Special On 10/7

MLW Fightland viewership is in for MLW’s first VICE exclusive-airing.

Major League Wrestling premiered on VICE with a one-hour Fightland special see. The special would see multiple championships change hands, including Alex Hammerstone dethroning Jacob Fatu as the MLW World Heavyweight Champion.

According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the special pulled in 40,000 viewers. 16,000 of those viewers were in the 18-49 age demographic. That is only equivalent to a 0.01 rating.

By comparison, Dark side of the Ring, which was the lead-in to this special scored a 0.05 with 63,000 viewers in the key demographic. Learn more here.
