MLW Battle Riot III Winner Crowned
The next challenger for Jacob Fatu has been determined.
Alex Hammerstone outlasted 39 other men at MLW Battle Riot III, winning the Battle Riot match to earn a shot at Jacob Fatu and the MLW World Title.
Hammerstone entered the match at number 35. The bout came down to him and Mads Krugger, who entered at number 40. Hammerstone stuck a spike in Krugger’s foot before clotheslining him over the top rope for the victory.
Josef Samuel prevented Fatu from going after Hammerstone after the match. It is unknown when the two will clash for the title. Hammerstone is the reigning MLW National Openweight Champion.
