Mick Foley To Finn Balor: Study What I Did In Hell In A Cell Matches… And Do The Exact Opposite
Mick Foley wants to help Finn Balor succeed inside Hell in a Cell.
Mick Foley may be the most infamous competitor in Hell in a Cell history, with the moment of The Undertaker chucking him off the top of Hell in a Cell at King of the Ring in 1998 being perhaps the most memorable moment associated with the iconic structure.
This year at WrestleMania 39, a Hell in a Cell match will take place for only the fourth time in WrestleMania history as Edge faces off with Finn Balor, with both men looking to settle their score once and for all.
On Twitter, Balor asked Mick Foley for advice, and Foley was kind enough to provide advice, telling the former WWE NXT champion to remember the fact that even though he is so closely associated with the Hell in a Cell structure, he’s never actually won a match inside of himself. Therefore, Foley suggests that Balor study everything he ever did inside Hell in a Cell and do the exact opposite.
Hello Finn, This is Mick!
Remember, you are asking a guy who has never actually won one of these.
Probably best to study every single thing I did in my #HIAC matches…and then do the exact opposite.
When in doubt, use the abs. pic.twitter.com/LUrlb1lGLT

This will be Edge’s third time inside Hell in a Cell. He has a 1-1 record inside the structure with a loss to The Undertaker at WWE SummerSlam 2008 and a victory over Seth Rollins at WWE Crown Jewel in 2021.
Before Edge’s first time inside the structure, Mick Foley was kind enough to also provide “The Rated R Superstar” with advice.
Mick Foley has expressed fondness for Judgment Day in the past. “The Hardcore Legend” has even sent in a video resume in an attempt to join the group. Fans can check out the wacky video here.
