Miami Student Gianny Sosa Arrested Again For Hitting RKO On Fake Alligator
Gianny Sosa, the Miami high school student who was arrested for trying to RKO his principal earlier this month, has been arrested again.
According to ABC News, Sosa was arrested again for performing the RKO on a fake alligator used in a display at The Falls Shopping Center in Miami-Dade County. Sosa was charged with criminal mischief after damaging the fake alligator, which, according to the manager of the mall, was valued at $3,690.
The incident reportedly occurred on Mar. 30. A witness identified Sosa after watching the video and Sosa would go on to confess and apologize to the police.

Sosa was charged with battery on a school official and interference with an educational institution for the Apr. 10 incident. He appeared in court and was released without bond.
