Mercedes Mone Sees Bayley Opening A Wrestling School Or Being A WWE Executive When She Retires

Mercedes Mone comments on where she sees Bayley’s professional life going once she hangs up her boots.

Mercedes Mone, formerly known as Sasha Banks, and Bayley will forever be synonymous with one another. Their rivalry and partnership in WWE helped set a new standard for women’s wrestling on a global platform, and even though they are no longer working for the same company, they are still very close.

In the most recent edition of her Mone Mag, Mercedes commented on where she sees the former WWE Champion contributing to the industry once her days as an in-ring competitor come to an end. The current AEW TBS Champion believes that Bayley will likely open up her own school one day or potentially be an executive for WWE. In any case, she says that Bayley is already a leader in the industry and epitomizes what a woman’s movement should be, both in and out of wrestling.

“The subject of Bayley coaching the WWE’s women’s roster one day came up in conversation recently. All I can say is that she’s been a natural leader for years, and that coaching is something she’s always talked about,” said Mone. “I see her opening her own wrestling school someday, if not being an actual WWE executive when she hangs up her boots. Even now, Bayley’s the go-to person backstage—always ready to help and elevate the women around her. She’s unselfish and passionate, constantly working to push the women’s division forward as a whole – not just herself. That’s a true role model and real leadership. When you talk about the women’s movement in life, not just wrestling, Bayley epitomizes what it needs to be and should be.”
