Matthew Justice Signs With MLW

Major League Wrestling has tied down a top indie talent to a contract.

Fightful Select‘s Sean Ross Sapp has learned that Matthew Justice has signed a multi-year contract with MLW. Justice has been with MLW since the start of 2023, but was not under contract.

We’re told that Court Bauer approached Justice about signing with MLW weeks back, and the deal was wrapped up pretty quickly. He’s set for a big push in MLW, and was a part of one of the most watched matches in company history — the dumpster match that aired on Reelz.

Justice was signed to WWE in 2011 and competed in FCW in 2011 before being released and making a name for himself on the independent circuit.

Justice also recently returned to GCW, where he was a regular for years and became a tag team champion with Mance Warner. Justice has appeared in WWE a number of times dating back to 2010. He competed on WWE Superstars in a tag team match against Brian Myers and Lance Archer, in 2011 in an “exhibition Royal Rumble,” as well as a WWE Raw Dark match in 2010. He also appeared in ROH in a dark match back in 2012.

This is his first contract since his WWE deal.
