Matt Hardy Says Jeff Hardy’s Current Redemption Storyline Adds Unneeded Pressure To Jeff’s Life
Matt Hardy feels like WWE may be putting unnecessary pressure on Jeff Hardy with his current storyline.
Jeff Hardy is currently involved in a storyline where he is regularly making reference to his struggles with addiction. In the past, Jeff Hardy has participated in these stories and gone on to succumb to his addiction once again.
Matt Hardy recently commented on Twitter that he is grateful for his position and feels that they are honoring his legacy while remarking that he is concerned that this current angle with Sheamus may be providing Jeff Hardy with unnecessary pressure.
“I’m very happy with how AEW has let me brand my persona. Allowing me to help younger talent on & off screen, while also respectfully celebrating my legacy & contributions to the industry. I have those same concerns about the unneeded pressure on my brother,” says Matt.
