WWE Survivor Series 2023 proved to be a buzzworthy show, as it featured Randy Orton’s first appearance since May 2022 and CM Punk’s stunning return to WWE. Punk’s return especially went viral on social media.
Matt Cardona took to Twitter/X on November 26 and shared his thoughts on WWE Survivor Series. He stated that the buzz surrounding the show is what makes pro wrestling like nothing else. Cardona also stated that if what happened at Survivor Series didn’t light a fire under other wrestlers, he didn’t know what would. He wrote that his ass is still burning.

Before WWE Survivor Series, Cardona said he might Miz his pants if The Miz beat Gunther. However, Gunther defeated The Miz to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
