Marty Jannetty Clarifies Facebook Post Where He Admitted To Making A Man Disappear

Marty Jannetty offers more context to his Facebook post.

On Wednesday, Marty Jannetty made an alarming Facebook post where he wrote, “I never told no one this, even my brother Geno..cause Geno would’ve killed him, and I didn’t want my brother gone,,hell he’d only recently came home from Viet Name..I was 13, working at Victory lanes bowling alley buying weed from a f— that worked there..and he put his hands on me..he dragged me around to the back of the building..you already know what he was gonna try to do..That was the very first time I made a man disappear..they never found him..they should looked in the Chattahoochie River. Winnie(the girl in these pics) I likes you so damn much, probably my favorite..but I promised myself way back then, nobody would ever hurt me again..that includes you..I loved you but you hurt me with your f—in Jamaican jealousy..you can go your own way, I don’t need you..””

It was later reported by TMZ that they would be investigating the situation.

Marty made an appearance on Boston Wrestling MWF to clarify his comments.

“I said he disappeared. I didn’t say I killed him. I said he disappeared. The headlines were ‘Marty admits to murder,'” he said.

Marty then recalled the night of the incident saying, “We used to make fun of him because we knew he was gay, it’s known he was gay, he just never touched me before. We’re in the car, he grabbed me there, and I’m like ‘no, no, no.’ I have nothing against gay people, that don’t bother me, just don’t force the issue on me. He gently fondled me. I wanted to get out of the car and he got mad and angry. He jumped out of the car, grabbed me by my hair, I couldn’t get away. He’s dragging me to the back of the bowling alley and threw me to the ground and he was trying to pull my pants down. It was a brick laying there. What do you do when you’re 13? I can’t say he deserved to die, but he deserved to get his ass beat. When I was beating him in the head with a brick, I was only trying to beat his ass, I wasn’t trying to kill him. Can you imagine dragging a guy to a river and throwing him and then finding out on the news this guy is missing?”

Marty was told by his friends that he shouldn’t have said anything and shouldn’t do interviews, saying TMZ reached out to him to do an interview. He also said he was told by his Sheriff friend that there was a warrant for his arrest.

Marty said after that night, he was never going to let anyone hurt him again and that he made the post because he was jealous due to a situation with his girlfriend Winnie.
