Lio Rush Responds To More Reports Of Him Having Heat In The WWE Locker Room

Lio Rush once again refutes negative reports.

On Apr. 25, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reported that Lio Rush had “internal heat” in WWE due to his behavior. Shortly after the news made it onto most wrestling sites, Rush issued a statement saying, “The fact of the matter is that you don’t always know the facts and that’s ok.” You can view the initial report and Lio’s entire statement by clicking here.

In the days following the initial report, more reports have come out detailing Lio’s behavior backstage. Fightful ran a story on Apr. 27 saying, “we’ve heard from several WWE sources that the roster has wanted him out of the locker room for quite a while” while detailing an incident where Lio “responded unfavorably” to advice given to him by Finn Balor. You can view the report here.

Earlier today, Apr. 30, Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that Lio “blew off” standard backstage etiquette during the November European tour

With new information coming to light, Lio Rush once again took to social media to address the reports.

Rush was reportedly backstage at Raw last night, but did not appear on television alongside Bobby Lashley.

Fightful has reached out multiple times to Lio Rush for comment.
