Lee Moriarty is All Elite.
On the Buy-In ahead of tonight’s episode of AEW Rampage, Lee Moriarty faced off against Bobby Fish. Though he had a strong showing, the young star fell short, losing to the recently signed Fish. During the AEW Dark: Elevation tapings on September 8, Tony Khan offered Lee Moriarty a contract with the promotion, which he wasted no time accepting. Tonight’s announcement confirms that he is on board full-time with the company.
Moriarty is one of the most highly regarded independent wrestlers and first began appearing on AEW television on the August 17 episode of AEW Dark where he faced Dante Martin. In addition to his appearances on AEW programming, Moriarty has also performed for Ring of Honor, MLW, PWG, and various other promotions over the past month.
