Last Woman Standing Match Added To NXT New Year’s Evil
Rhea Ripley and Raquel Gonzalez will fight until one woman can’t stand.
On Wednesday’s NXT, Ripley picked up a victory over Dakota Kai in a match where Raquel Gonzalez said she would stay away from ringside after a social media exchange with Ripley.
After the bout, Gonzalez came out to confront Ripley, leading to a big pull apart brawl between the two women that officials struggled to get under control.
Later in the night, New Year’s Evil host Dexter Lumis drew a graphic that announced Ripley vs. Gonzalez in a Last Woman Standing bout for the January 6 event.
