LA Knight Is Not A Moron And Knows That ‘Play’ Is A Verb And Not An Adjective
LA Knight knows the difference between a verb and an adjective because he is not a moron.
In 1996, Kevin Nash famously said that the word “play” was an adjective when arriving on the scene in WCW. Play is actually a verb, and while the internet has had its fair share of teasing Kevin Nash about that through the years, LA Knight decided to have a little fun at the expense of the WWE Hall of Famer on the September 8 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.
While making fun of The Miz’s theme song, “I Came to Play,” Knight said, “If he was a complete moron, he would ask people to look at the adjective,” but since he’s not a moron, he’s going to look at the verb.
