Kurt Angle Shares The Best Advice That Vince McMahon Has Ever Given Him, Comments On Owen Hart, More

Kurt Angle’s Q&A!

WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle hosted yet another Q&A session over his personal Facebook page yesterday. Angle answered a number of questions from fans who wanted to hear back from the Olympic Gold-medalist. One of the first things that was asked of Angle was more-so clarification than a question. A Facebook user wanted to know if Kurt Angle really wrestled Owen Hart in dark match before Kurt was signed to WWE and Kurt answered with the following:

“Yes I did.” He revealed. “Owen carried me through the entire match. I learned to appreciate how good he truly was.”

In Kurt Angle’s documentary upon his return to the sports-entertainment company in 2017, he was spoken highly of by WWE Chairman Vince McMahon and throughout Kurt’s combined time in WWE he has spoken with Vince McMahon on a plethora of occasions and revealed some of the best advice he received from the head honcho of WWE.

“Have fun. Don’t take it too seriously. Enjoy performing because there will be a day that you won’t be able to anymore. – Vince McMahon.” Kurt shared.

Angle was asked if there is a particular moment from his career that will stick with him forever and Angle named his WWE Championship match with Chris Benoit from the 2003 Royal Rumble pay-per-view as one of those moments.

“2003 Royal Rumble. Angle vs Benoit for WWE Championship. Standing ovation. I’ll never forget it.” He recalled.
