Kurt Angle Provides Update On His Condition Following Successful Back Surgery
Kurt Angle provides an update on his health following recent back surgery.
Kurt Angle announced in February 2023 that he would undergo back surgery to alleviate pain extending to his leg. Angle had dated that he would be “cleaned up,” noting that he would have bone chips and calcium removed.
On the latest episode of The Kurt Angle Show podcast, Angle provides an update after the surgery. The good news for Kurt Angle fans is that he no longer feels the pain down his leg. However, Kurt says that the pain in his back has not fully subsided yet.
“I think it actually worked. I don’t know yet, but I don’t have the pain going down my legs. So the operation definitely worked. I’m hoping that the pain in my back will subside, and hopefully, it will in the next few days, and then, I’ll feel really good about it, but the doctor did a great job. He really did. I was having problems with my legs and the nerves going down my legs. That’s all gone, so I’m good with that,” said Angle.
While Kurt Angle has not wrestled since WrestleMania 35, he recently stated that he would be open to competing in cinematic matches. Fans can read more here.
