Konosuke Takeshita Not Defending AEW International Title Against Mike Bailey At MLP Forged In Excellence
Plans change.
Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling announced that the bout between Konosuke Takeshita and “Speedball” Mike Bailey will not be for the AEW International Championship.
If Bailey wins, he will earn a future shot at the title.
The bout takes place at MLP Forged In Excellence on Saturday, October 19. The match was announced before Takeshita won the AEW International Title at AEW WrestleDream.
Takeshita will defend his AEW International Title against Josh Alexander on night two.
