King Xavier Woods Seemingly Requests Time Off From WWE To Cover First-Ever Golden Girls Convention
It’s no secret that Xavier Woods is a big fan of the Golden Girls.
He’s expressed his love for the show through vlogs, tweets, t-shirts, interviews, and everything in between. On December 1 it was announced that the first-ever Golden Girls Convention (Golden-Con: Thank You For Being A Fan) will take place from April 22 through April 24 in Chicago.
Naturally, Woods would like to attend.
When we ask for days off at wwe we have to give a reason as to why we would like the time off. pic.twitter.com/q1Kvyh1J6l

Woods missed the November 26 episode of WWE SmackDown as he requested, and was granted (per Graham GSM Matthews), three days off.
It is unknown if WWE will honor Woods’ request to attend Golden-Con or if they will simply thank him for being a fan, but expect him to show up to work.

Fightful will have live coverage of WWE SmackDown beginning at 8 p.m. ET on Friday.
