Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn Set For WWE Hell In A Cell 2021
Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are set to do battle yet again.
On the June 18 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Kevin Owens and Big E teamed up to face Apollo Crews and Commander Azeez. Sami Zayn was also ringside, joining commentary for the bout. He used the opportunity to trash talk his longtime friend and continue spreading his truth about the company-wide conspiracy against him.
Near the end of the match, Zayn was set to attack Owens but jumped away when KO spotted him. After sliding back into the ring, Owens was hit with the Nigerian Nail, allowing Azeez and Crews to pick up the win.

Backstage, Owens visited Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville and asked for a match with Sami. Pearce made it official for this Sunday’s Hell in a Cell PPV. It was not specified whether or not the match would take place inside the Cell or not.
