Kevin Owens Breaches ThunderDome Security, Bianca Belair Dunks On Bayley | Post-SD Fight-Size Update
Here is your Post-SmackDown Fight-Size Update for January 22, 2021.
~ SmackDown ended with The Head of the Table going through a table. Kevin Owens breached ThunderDome security to help Adam Pearce after Paul Heyman gave the WWE Official a taste of his own medicine, dropping out of their match and replacing himself with Roman Reigns. The Universal Champion was getting ready to throw Pearce off the stage when Owens intervened and beat down The Tribal Chief. The two will face-off at the Royal Rumble in a Last Man Standing match.

~ King Corbin made fairly quick work of Dominik Mysterio, finishing their match with a right hand and the End of Days.

~ Bianca Belair dominated Bayley in their obstacle course challenge. The EST of WWE put an exclamation mark on her victory when she crossed over Bayley, leaving her laying as she dunked on the former-SmackDown Women’s Champion. Bayley would attack Belair after the competition.

~ Sami Zayn ended his ringside protest, interrupting the Intercontinental Championship match and hitting Apollo Crews with a Helluva Kick.

~ The Street Profits want a chance to regain their SmackDown Tag Team Titles, but Sonya Deville doesn’t think they’re ready. She is worried about Montez Ford re-aggravating an injury and would rather they stay backstage for the time being and continue hyping up the show.

~ Kevin Owens showed up to the ThunderDome but was not allowed in. He was told the Roman Reigns pulled some strings and had him barred from the building. He proceeded to deliver an impassioned message and promised to be the last man standing at the Royal Rumble.
~ Sasha Banks got her wish and faced off against Carmella’s sommelier, Reginald. The Boss won the match via submission, sending a message to her next title challenger in the process.
~ Cesaro picked up some more momentum heading into the Royal Rumble, defeating Dolph Ziggler. The Swiss Superman defeated Daniel Bryan on the January 15 episode of SmackDown.
