Keith Lee’s Replacement At WWE Elimination Chamber Has Been Determined

John Morrison has a shot to win a championship that has eluded him throughout his entire career.

John Morrison will be replacing Keith Lee in the WWE United States Championship match at WWE Elimination Chamber as per his victory in a Fatal 4-Way match on the kickoff show before the pay-per-view.

The heels overwhelm the baby faces early snd work together by teaming up on Ricochet before it’s just Ricochet and Ali in the ring and the two exchange strikes until Ali hits a high angle back drop driver for two. The team work soon ends as Elias attacks Ali and covers him, only for Slapjack to drag him off of Ali and Elias hits Ricochet with a choke bomb for a near fall that Ali breaks up. John comes in and sends Elias out of the ring before hitting Ricochet with a neckbreaker for a deep two count before missing Starship Pain and Ricochet takes out Elias and Ali with a double lionsault. Ricochet hits a bridging dragon suplex for two before Ali hits Elias with a tornado DDT and Retribution drag Ali out of the ring when Ricochet drops him to save the match. Retribution then send Ricochet into the post before John covers Ali back in the ring while they’re celebrating what they just did to Ricochet for the pin and the win.

Winner: John Morrison defeats Ali, Ricochet, and Elias via pinfall to gain entry into the United States Championship Triple Threat match.

It was first reported by Fightful Select that Morrison was planned to take the place of Keith Lee as the company has stated that he is out with “injuries” following the attack from Bobby Lashley two weeks ago on Monday Night Raw.
