– As Grayson Waller and LA Knight argued in the ring, Solo Sikoa came out and made his NXT debut, knocking Waller out with one punch. Knight took the hint and safely exited the ring.

– LA was supposed to host Halloween Havoc but didn’t make it to the show in time, so Grayson Waller took over. They met in the ring, where Waller accidentally let it slip that he knew Knight had car troubles.

– For the second time, Imperium’s Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel are NXT Tag Team Champions. They defeated MSK at Halloween Havoc to win the belts.

– In the main event of the show, Tommaso Ciampa defeated Bron Breakker to retain the NXT Championship.
