Justin Credible Arrested For Assault, Protection Order Violation And Breach Of Peace
Justin Credible (real name, Peter “PJ” Polaco) is back behind bars for misdemeanor assault, violating a protection order and breach of peace.
Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet first reported the news. This marks the third time Credible has been arrested this year.
Credible was taken into custody on Tuesday, Dec. 4, on multiple charges including criminal mischief and three instances of violating a protection order. Satin reports that, while Credible lives with his family, most have protection orders against him in case an incident occurs, which could explain the multiple violations.
The former ECW Champion was arrested in August for violating a protective order and disorderly conduct in Connecticut and arrested again in September for violating his restraining order. Satin reports that he has had multiple run-ins with the law since his September arrest.
Credible allegedly walked away from WWE sponsored rehab as well.
Following his August arrest, he released a statement vowing to stay out of the headlines for negative attention.
A documentary titled CREDIBLE, which follows his struggle and road to recovery, continues to film. No release date has been set. You can find out more about the documentary by clicking here.
