Josiah Williams Announced For BATTLESLAM: VENDETTA
Wrestle And Flow Is Headed To BATTLESLAM.
Josiah Williams, creator of Wrestle And Flow, has been announced for the upcoming BATTLESLAM: VENDETTA event in Atlanta, Georgia on April 24th. The event is being advertised as a crossover between wrestling and hip-hop and is being promoted by Baron Black.
Williams, 30, is a popular content creator within the wrestling community. He has produced theme songs for NXT Superstars like Cameron Grimes and has also rapped Adam Cole to the ring before for a special entrance. Williams has spent two stints with WWE as NXT personnel. After being released from the company in April 2020, Williams found his way back to the black and gold brand a few months later, only to be let go again in June 2021.
Williams has also produced theme songs for AEW wrestlers like Shawn Spears, as well as top female independent star Taya Valkyrie. He’s also credited on two different tracks on AEW’s Who We Are: A Celebration of Excellence album that released on ShopAEW last month.
Alongside AEW star Darius Martin, Williams is only the second talent to be announced for the event so far. It is unknown what his role in the show will be at this time.
Fightful will continue to update fans on BATTLESLAM: VENDETTA announcements as they are made.
