Jonathan Gresham To Defend ROH Championship At GCW ‘Blood On The Hills’ Under Pure Rules
Jonathan Gresham is set to defend the Ring of Honor Championship.
Game Changer Wrestling has announced that the Jonathan Gresham versus AJ Gray match at tomorrow’s (December 17) Blood On The Hills event will be for the ROH Championship. Not only that but the bout will be contested under Pure rules.
Gresham won the belt on December 11 at ROH Final Battle, defeating Jay Lethal in the main event. He was then presented with the promotion’s original World Title by Cary Silkin. After the bell, he delivered a speech in which he said, “I will defend this championship against all who come for it. Only under pure professional wrestling rules will this be defended. As of tonight, this championship has been purified. Pure wrestlers, we have won. Ring of Honor is now pure.”
