JONAH Makes IMPACT Debut At IMPACT Turning Point, Attacks Josh Alexander
JONAH has arrived in IMPACT Wrestling.
Former IMPACT World Champion Josh Alexander was angry he wasn’t challenging Moose for the title that Moose stole from him at IMPACT Bound For Glory when Moose cashed in his Call Your Shot Gauntlet trophy after Alexander defeated Christian Cage for the title.
He let everyone know just how angry he was IMPACT Turning Point, cutting a promo before the main event. Alexander said he was going to sit ringside for Moose’s IMPACT World Title defense against Eddie Edwards.
Unfortunately for Alexander, he was taken out by JONAH (formerly Bronson Reed in NXT), who made his IMPACT debut. JONAH crushed Alexander with four senton splashes before going to the top rope to hit a diving splash. Alexander was bleeding from the mouth and checked on by officials. JONAH returned to hit another top rope splash before heading to the back as the damage had been done.

JONAH was released by WWE on August 6. Fightful Select has reported that NJPW had an interest in the former NXT North American Champion. He made his NJPW debut at NJPW Battle in the Valley, taking out David Finlay & Juice Robinson.
Fightful Select also reported that IMPACT Wrestling had booked JONAH for Bound For Glory, but he was then unbooked. He explained that visa issues kept him from appearing.
