Jon Moxley Appears At NJPW Lonestar Shootout, Promises To Make An Example Out Of Will Ospreay

Jon Moxley made a surprise appearance at NJPW’s Lonestar Shootout.

Jon Moxley made a surprise appearance at Lonestar Shootout.

After Minoru Suzuki defeated Killer Kross in a hard hitting match, Jon Moxley’s music hit much to the surprise of the live crowd. Moxley hit the ring for a promo and said that despite potentially having a hamstring injury and a concussion from his earlier bouts this week, he wouldn’t miss a chance to be in a New Japan ring because he loves wrestling that much.

Moxley then turned his attention to Will Ospreay, who he is set to face at NJPW’s Windy City Riot event in Chicago, Illinois on April 16th. Moxley said his pride won’t let him lose the match before practically saying he was going to kick Ospreay’s teeth in and teach him a lesson.

Windy City Riot is also scheduled to feature another US Of Jay Open Challenge match, as well as a ten man tag pitting Team Filthy (Black Tiger, Danny Limelight, Jorel Nelson, JR Kratos & Royce Isaacs) against Alex Coughlin, Chris Dickinson, Fred Rosser, Josh Alexander & Ren Narita.
