Joey Janela took to social media to say that he will miss another weekend of shows due to injuries suffered after his arm was burnt.

Janela missed GCW events on April 21 and 22 due to injuries. Janela last wrestled at DDT Max Bump Tour 2023 In Shinjuku on April 15 in a Falls Count Anywhere Scramble Bunkhouse Street Fight.
It is unknown when he will return to the ring.
