Jinder Mahal Explains Why The Singh Brothers Interfere In All His Matches

Jinder Mahal says The Singh Brothers are well-compensated for getting murdered every time they interfere in his matches.

At WWE Battleground, Jinder Mahal defended his WWE Championship against Randy Orton in a Punjabi Prison match. Mahal was successful because of the interference of The Great Khali and The Sigh Brothers. In an interview with Inside The Ropes, Mahal was asked about The Great Khali holding his championship up after the victory at WWE Battleground

"This is our championship, this is India's championship. So ultimately, it is Great Khali's championship. I represent the 1.3 billion people in the great nation of India. Hopefully, I am doing a good job, I know I am," said Mahal. "There's a reason I picked the Punjabi Prison match, obviously no disqualifications. So I had Big Khali hiding in the back," he continued.

The WWE Champion was also assisted in his other recent matches by the Singh Brothers. They have taken big moves and big falls on the behalf of Mahal, who spoke about the Singh Brother's involvement in his matches.

"There's no price that's too high for the Maharaja to pay for them. They're compensated very very well for all the risks they take. They are very happy to serve the modern-day Maharaja," said Mahal.

The Great Khali has not been seen on WWE television since WWE Battleground. At WWE Summerslam, Mahal has been scheduled to defend his WWE Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura with The Singh Brothers at ringside.
