Jeff Hardy Wrote COVID Vaccine Song, Wants To Do A Feature With Elias
Jeff Hardy and Elias may have just wrapped up their on-screen feud, but the two have bonded off television with their love of music.
Hardy is a member of the band PeroxWhy?Gen and the group have been hard at work during the pandemic, even recording a song inspired by the pandemic and the need for a COVID vaccine.
“I wrote a song called Vaccine, man,” Hardy told Alistair McGeorge of Metro. “It’s gonna be on our album, hopefully coming out in 2021 – if the world don’t end. God, so many good ideas that are gonna be out hopefully in 2021 if I can get back to Nashville to record them. I wrote this song called Vaccine about how a vaccine is needed, because that’s the ultimate hope as far as the world because you see it every day on the news.”
Hardy defeated Elias in a Symphony of Destruction match on the November 30 episode of WWE Raw. Despite their rivalry and Jeff smashing guitars across the back of Elias, he would like to work with the former Drifter musically.
“Even with Elias, I think there’s something gonna happen as far as me and him doing maybe one song together. Music kinda bonds us, you know!” he exclaimed.
Hardy teamed with New Day on Monday’s Raw, losing to The Hurt Business in a six-man tag team bout.
