Jeff Hardy’s Court Date For DWI Pushed Back To May 11

Jeff Hardy was scheduled to appear in court on Monday regarding his October 2019 arrest for Driving While Impaired.

PWInsider reports Hardy’s court date has been pushed back until Monday, May 11. No reason was given for the date being pushed back.

Hardy missed nearly a year of in-ring action after suffering a leg injury in April 2019. Jeff and his brother Matt were forced to relinquish the SmackDown Tag Team Titles due to Jeff’s injury. Hardy’s rough 2019 didn’t end there as he was arrested in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for public intoxication in July and then arrested and charged with driving while impaired in Moore County, North Carolina in October.

Hardy returned to competition on the March 13 episode of WWE SmackDown, defeating King Corbin in singles action. Hardy did not compete at WrestleMania 36.
