Jake Lee made his arrival in New Japan Pro-Wrestling at NJPW Road to Dontaku on April 23, aligning with David Finlay and Bullet Club War Dogs.
Lee attacked Tetsuya Naito in the co-main event, helping Drilla Moloney of the War Dogs pick up the victory over Naito, representing Los Ingobernables de Japon.
