Jade Cargill: You Shouldn’t Rush Success, The Fan Base Should Be Patient

Jade Cargill says WWE is building a diamond with her, so fans should be patient.

After Jade Cargill signed with WWE in September, she appeared on WWE Fastlane, and she also popped up on Raw, SmackDown, and NXT, as the company teased her ultimate destination. Cargill had on-screen interactions with Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte Flair. However, she has not appeared on WWE programming in recent weeks.

In an interview with Joey Hayden of the Dallas Morning News, Cargill agreed when Hayden asked whether it was accurate to say that she was ring-ready. When Hayden asked Cargill to describe how close she believes she is to competing in a  WWE ring “for real,” the former AEW TBS Champion emphasized the importance of being patient.

“So, you want me to reveal what we have in the works it seems like. [Laughs] So, listen, I think the fan base should be patient. I think they need to understand we’re making a diamond. We’re creating something that’s gonna be a legacy. We’re creating something that’s going to create echoes and waves throughout not just the wrestling culture, but pop culture and beyond. They’re setting me up for success, you shouldn’t rush success,” Cargill said.

Cargill continued by highlighting her past experience on television and stating that she knows how to entertain a crowd. She made it clear that she believes in the WWE system, and when the time is right, she plans to take over.

“I’ve been on TV in front of thousands of people several times, one thing I know how to do is entertain a crowd. No one — no one — can say different. I can do that. The WWE Universe knows exactly what they’re doing. I trust them. I believe in this system. When they see me in that ring, understand, there’s no turning back. [WWE]’s believing in everything I’m doing, given me everything that I could fathom. I’m going to be ready. I’m already ready. But again, it’s on my time, and everybody should be patient. When I come, just understand I’m taking over,” Cargill said.

Hayden then asked whether she has a first target, and Jade said that everyone would have to wait and see. However, she teased that she would give out work, so any potential opponents could come apply if they wished to do so.

“You’ll just have to see. Just know when I start there’s no stopping. There’s no breaks and everybody should be elated. So whomever wants to come get it, I got it. I’m just gonna give out work. Come apply,” Cargill said.

As of this writing, it is not known when Jade Cargill will make her in-ring WWE debut.

Cargill was recently part of the group that represented WWE at the Big 12 Championship Game. More information is available here.
