– The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) faced Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar of the LWO. In the end, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens interfered, and the LWO duo picked up the upset victory. After the match, Roman Reigns was clearly frustrated, but he held back Solo Sikoa when the powerhouse tried to make a move.

– Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) made their SmackDown in-ring debut by facing Ridge Holland and Butch of the Brawling Brutes. The former NXT Tag Team Champions scored the hard-fought win.

– Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa, alongside Paul Heyman, came to the ring. They were quickly confronted by Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. The two teams went back and forth, and The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) attacked Owens and Zayn. Reigns got upset with The Usos for interfering with his plan and preventing him from saying what he wanted to say.
– Backstage, Roman Reigns berated The Usos, and it was clear that tensions continued to rise between the two sides.
– Asuka defeated Zelina Vega and picked up more momentum ahead of WWE Night of Champions. Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair made the save when Asuka kept Vega trapped in the Asuka Lock. “The Empress of Tomorrow” spit her mist in Belair’s face, but the champion somewhat dodged it.

– The broadcast team announced that Liv Morgan would be unable to compete for an extended period, so she and Raquel Rodriguez had to vacate the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Rodriguez spoke highly of her partner, and she was interrupted by Bayley and IYO Sky. Bayley challenged Rodriguez to a tag team match on the May 26 episode.

He made it clear that he has been training hard, and he’s ready for the match. Waller predicted that Rollins will score the win.
