Inclement Weather Delays The Start Of WrestleMania 37
Ready. Set. Pause.
Just as WrestleMania 37 seemed set to start, Michael Cole announced that a weather warning has delayed the opening match.
We’ll need to wait just a little bit longer to see the EPIC clash between @fightbobby and @DMcIntyreWWE for the #WWETitle at #WrestleMania! Action will resume when weather conditions permit. pic.twitter.com/LPPLVtjBlX

Things seemed to be running smoothly when Vince McMahon took the stage with all the Superstars to welcome fans back into attendance after one year and a month away. Bebe Rexha also performed America, The Beautiful in the ring.
After news of the delay, fans were treated to a series of backstage interviews, including Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre nearly coming to blows before their WWE Championship match.
The weather has been causing uncertainty all day as earlier fans inside Raymond James Stadium were told to seek coverage in the concourse. A rundown of the minute-by-minute updates can be seen here.
Roughly 25 minutes into the stoppage, it was announced that the show would be commencing in 5 minutes. Should there be any changes, Fightful will keep you updated.
