IMPACT Wrestling Viewership Up On 4/8/21 For The First Thursday Show

IMPACT Wrestling gets off to a good start on Thursday.

ShowBuzzDaily reports the April 8 episode of IMPACT Wrestling drew 168,000 viewers with a 0.06 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. Both numbers were up from the March 30 episode, which drew 149,000 viewers and a 0.04 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic.

The March 30 episode marked the final IMPACT on Tuesday nights while the April 8 episode marked the first episode on Thursday.

IMPACT moved to Thursdays one week ahead of NXT officially moving to Tuesday nights on April 13. The April 8 episode of IMPACT went up against night two of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, which aired on Peacock.

IMPACT ranked 115th among the top 150 cable original programs. The night on cable was won by the Los Angeles Clippers vs. Phoenix Suns basketball game, which aired on TNT.

Thursday’s IMPACT was headlined by Kenny Omega teaming with The Good Brothers to battle Rich Swann, Eddie Edwards, and Willie Mack.
