– Tom Hannifan and Matt Rehwoldt welcomed the audience to the broadcast, transitioning to a tag team match to open the show.
Savannah Evans & Tasha Steelz vs Jordynne Grace & Mia Yim.
In the last third of the match, Grace hit strikes on Steelz followed by a spinebuster. Grace hit running double-knees on Steelz followed by a spring rope splash for a near fall before transitioning into a crossface. Evans hit a big boot on Grace and Yim. Grace clubbed Evans in the face, sending her out of the ring. Yim and Evans hit a lifted Leg-Drop on Steelz for a near fall. Steelz hti strikes on Grace and Yim before hitting the code breaker on Yim. Steelz looked for Evans for the tag, but Evans was down on the ground out of the ring. Yim and Evans double-teamed Yim, but Grace accidentally hit a lariat on Yim. Steelz took advantage fo the accident and got Grace in a roll-up for the pinfall win.
Winners: Savannah Evans & Tasha Steelz.
– After the match, Gia Miller asked Deonna Purrazzo and Chelsea Green if they were a team, with Purrazzo saying that it was only an alliance before their Queen of The Mountain Match for the IMPACT Women’s Championship. Mickie James was revealed to be the special enforcer for the match.
– Gia miller interviewed Garett Bischoff and Wes Brisco, with Bischoff saying that their time in IMPACT was the best time of their lives. Kenny King and Vincent interrupted them before challenging them to a match. D’Lo Brown stopped their brawl before confronting Bischoff and Briscoe. Bischoff asked for a match against Honor No More, to which D’Lo told them that he would ask Scott D’ Amore.
– There was a video package, where IMPACT World Heavyweight Champion Josh Alexander and Eric Young detailed their road to Slammiversary, with Young telling Alexander that it did not need to be as personal as it is. Young told Alexander that he had “Zero f**king idea” of what makes him tick. Alexander told Young that the world does not belong to him.
Trey Miguel vs “Speedball” Mike Bailey.
After the commercial break, Bailey hit a series of kicks on Miguel before hitting a running corkscrew splash on Miguel for a near fall. Bailey stomped Miguel in the corner before hitting a forearm strike and a chop on Miguel. Bailey hit a wrist lock – kick on Miguel. Bailey hit a spring-rope double knee drop for a near fall. Bailey got Miguel in a Single Leg Crab. Miguel got a rope break, but Bailey stomped his chest. Miguel hit a series of kicks and a double-stomp on Bailey. Miguel hit a Scorpion DDT, transitioning into a Dragon Sleeper before Bailey got the rope break. Bailey and Miguel exchanged forearm strikes. Miguel hit multiple kicks to Bailey’s chest, but Bailey no-sold them before kicking Miguel’s sould with a kick to the chest. Bailey hit another kick to the chest, but Miguel powered out before hitting strikes on Bailey. Bailey hit a series of strikes before hitting an inseguri. Bailey hit a dropkick on Miguel outside. Miguel hit a suicide dive on Bailey. Bailey went for a move to the outside, but Miguel evaded and hit a Tope Con Giro on Bailey out of the ring. Bailey hit a running kick on Miguel, followed by a running Spanish Fly on Miguel. Moonsault Double Knees from Bailey on Miguel, followed by a kick to the head for a near fall. Miguel caught Bailey’s kick with a small package for the pinfall win.
Winner: Trey Miguel.
– There was a video package highlighting the feud between Moose and Sami Callihan, with the two set to collide in a “Monster’s Ball” Match in Slammiversary. Callihan hacked the package to tell Moose that he will be begging to be freed after their match in Slammiversary.
Alisha Edwards vs Masha Slamovich.
The two locked up before Masha cornered Alisha. Masha hit a rolling forearm strike on Masha, followed by a suplex. Masha hit a gut wrench suplex on Alisha, followed by the Snowplow for the quick and dominant pinfall victory.
Winner: Masha Slamovich.
– After the match, Giselle Shaw came to the aid of Alisha, but was confronted by Masha. Masha walked out of the ring.
– Taya Valkyrie and Rosemary backstage, with Taya telling Rosemary that they need to find themselves. Rosemary said that they will save Havok and will bite The Influence’s faces off.
Bullet Club (Jay White & Chris Bey) (w/ Doc Gallows, Karl Anderson & Hikuleo) vs The Briscoes (Jay Briscoe & Mark Briscoe).
Mark hit a series of palm strikes on Bey and a dropkick. Mark hit a Saito suplex on White. Mark got Bey on the top rope and tossed Bey across the ring for a near fall. The Briscoes hit Bey with a powerbomb-neck breaker combination before White broke the pin. Mark tossed White out of the ring. Bey hit a kick on Jay. White and Mark exchanged chops. Bey hit forearm stikes on both Briscoe Brothers before hitting a Code Red on Jay for a near fall. The Briscoes hit a German Suplex-Dropkick combination on White. Jay hit a neck breaker on Bey. Mark went for the Froggy Bow but missed Bey. Luckily for Mark, he got Bey in a roll-up for the pinfall win.
– There was a video package highlighting the return of the Reverse Battle Royal.
– Raj Singh and Shera were backstage talking about the Reverse Battle Royal, but Johnny Swinger and “Outlandish” Zicky Dice interrupted them. Singh told them that they would not be able to win because a lion (Shera) was entering the Reverse Battle Royal.
– There was a video package highlighting the rampage Honor No More have been since joining IMPACT, including injury both Rhyno and Heath (the former Heath Slater).
– It was revealed Nick Aldis would be joining Team IMPACT for the match between the IMPACT Originals and Honor No More on Slammiversary.
Kenny King & Vincent (w/ Eddie Edwards) vs Aces & Eights (Garett Bischoff & Wes Brisco) (w/ D’Lo Brown)
In the final moments of the match, Brisco made the hot tag, hitting lariats on King and Vincent before hitting a rolling elbow on Vincent. King slammed Bischoff on the stairs, distracting Birscoe. Brisco tried to run the ropes but was distracted by Edwards. The distraction led to Vincent hitting Orange Sunshine on Briscoe for the pinfall win.
Winners: Kenny King & Vincent (w/ Eddie Edwards).
– After the match, D’Lo Brown brawled with Edwards, Vincent, and King. Brown hit Sky High on King to a thunderous reaction from the crowd. Matt Taven and Mike Bennett attacked Brown. Frankie Kazarian, Alex Shelley, and Chris Sabin came to the ring to make the save, hitting their finishers on Honor No More.
– Scott D’Amore moderated the contract signing between Eric Young (w/ Joe Doering & Cody Deaner) and Josh Alexander. Alexander signed the contract. Young told that he will be the one to control the future before signing the contract. Young demanded D’Amore to get out of the ring to confront Alexander alone, despite having Deaner and Doering in the ring. Alexander told Young that he was going Slammiversary carrying the company on his back, name-dropping AJ Styles, Abyss, Motor City Machine Guns, Gail Kim and others. Alexander recalled getting into wrestling because of Eric Young when he was known as “Showtime” Eric Young. Alexander told Young that “Showtime” Eric Young would be disgusted by the current version of Young. Violent By Design attacked D’Amore and Alexander. They tore the ring down before Young got a loose turn buckle and spiked Alexander’s head. Young choked Alexander with a rope before hitting a Pile Driver on Alexander in the exposed ring. Violent By Design stood tall to end the show.
