IMPACT Wrestling Announces RVD And Sabu vs. Pentagon Jr. And Fenix For ‘United We Stand’

A mega-match has been announced for IMPACT’s show on WrestleMania weekend.

During tonight’s IMPACT Wrestling broadcast, it was announced that on April 4th at IMPACT’s ‘United We Stand’ event at the Rahway Recreation Center in New Jersey that the current IMPACT World Tag Team Champions Pentagon Jr. and Fenix will clash with former ECW World Heavyweight Champions Rob Van Dam and Sabu.

‘United We Stand’ will stream live on Twitch as noted in the tweet above and the match is being billed as an “Extreme Dream Match”. Rob Van Dam last wrestled at ‘Northeast Wrestling’s’ ‘Redemption’ show this past November and the 54-year old Sabu recently challenged for the ARW Heavyweight Championship in early January and now the former ECW World Tag Team Champions will get to partner up once again against The Lucha Brothers.

Pentagon Jr. and Fenix were in many of headlines last night after they showed up at the All Elite Wrestling ticket announcement party in Las Vegas. Fenix and Pentagon beat down The Young Bucks and sent the AEW co-Executive Vice Presidents a message ahead of ‘Double Or Nothing’ on May 25th. Fightful’s own Mr. Warren Hayes has a review of the ticket announcement party and that is available to watch on the Fightful Pro Wrestling YouTube channel which can be viewed by clicking here.
