The show was headlined by Motor City Machine Guns teaming up with Hijo del Vikingo against Trey Miguel & Los Vipers in their tour in Mexico.

- Josh Alexander cut a promo backstage, where he challenged The Motor City Machine Guns to a tag match against himself & Zack Sabre Jr for Final Resolution.
- Triple Threat Match: Myzteziz Jr def. Eddie Edwards & Latigo.
- Trey Miguel cut a promo backstage, saying that Mike Bailey has been a pain in his ass for years. Miguel said that he would do something about Bailey wrestling barefoot in their match on Final Resolution.
- The Motor City Machine Guns (X-Division Champion Chris Sabin & IMPACT World Champion Alex Shelley) cut a promo backstage calling out Zack Sabre Jr & Josh Alexander, where they said that they would not be heading to the TNA Reboot as losers because they were the best tag team in the world.
- Jordynne Grace & Sexy Star II def. Deonna Purrazzo & Lady Maravilla.
- Laredo Kid & IMPACT Digital Media Champion Tommy Dreamer def. Black Taurus & Brian Myers.
- IMPACT Knockouts Champion Trinity cut a promo backstage after her match against Dinamico & Chik Tormenta, but she was interrupted by Jordynne Grace. The two agreed to focus on their match at Final Resolution against Deonna Purrazzo & Gisele Shaw but did say that all bets are off for their one-on-one match at TNA Hard to Kill.
- Moose & AAA Trios Champion Toxin def. Josh Alexander & AAA Latin American Champion Octagon Jr.
- IMPACT Digital Media Champion Tommy Dreamer cut a promo backstage addressing Deaner. Dreamer said that 2023 was the worst year of his life until he won the title, and he promised to retain his title to get TNA’s reboot on Hard to Kill.
- Former 7-time IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada is set to make his TNA Return on their tapings “Snake Eyes” on January 14, 2024.
