Results for the 10/12/2023 edition of IMPACT on AXS TV.

On October 12, 2023, IMPACT hosted its latest episode on AXS TV and via their YouTube channel.

The show was headlined by The Rascalz defending ther Tag Team Championships against Sami Callihan & Rich Swann, plus Eddie Edwards facing Frankie Kazarian in a 2/3 Falls Match. Full Results are listed below. 

IMPACT on AXS TV (10/12/2023).

  • IMPACT Tag Team Championship Match: The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) (c) def. Rich Swann & Sami Callihan.
  • Kenny King complained to Sheldon Jean that he was not able to meet with management, saying that everyone was ducking him to get a rematch for the IMPACT Digital Media Title. Jean told King that they had a “Heath problem”, which led to King saying that Heath was going to have a health problem for costing him. 
  • KiLynn King was interviewed backstage by Gia Miller, where King called Jody Threat a coward for attacking Taylor Wilde. Santino Marella confronted King and said that Wilde being attacked backstage may have not been a plan from Threat, but King revealed that it was her who attacked Taylor Wilde because Wilde had become “dead weight”. King said that it was no longer “Long live The Coven” and that it was now “Long live the King”.
  • 5-Way Match – Winner Gets #20 Spot, Loser Gets #1 Spot In Bound For Glory Call Your Shot Gauntlet: Dirty Dango (w/ Alpha Bravo) def. Eric Young, Champagne Singh & Jordynne Grace.
    • The finish came when Oleg Prudius (formerly known as Vladimir Kozlov in WWE) attacked Eric Young & Champagne Singh. Prudius got on the apron and hit a headbutt on Jake Something, allowing Dirty Dango to hit a Reverse DDT for the win. With the pin, Dirty Dango got the #20 Spot in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet; however, this also meant that Jake Something would forced to start at the #1 Spot on the Gaulntlet due to him getting pinned in the match. 
  • Crazzy Steve had a vignette singing “The Angel of Death came to Tommy’s room” dedicated to Tommy Dreamer, saying that he stabbed Dreamer in the back before Dreamer had the chance. Steve then called out Black Taurus, and he promised to teach Black Taurus a lesson in Torture and pain in their No Disqualification match next week.  
  • Mike Bailey was interviewed by Gia Miller backstage, where he stated that he was focused on getting momentum & that the last thing he needed was to focus on his issues with Jonathan Gresham. Bailey then offered an Open Challenge for a match next week ahead of his match against Will Ospreay at IMPACT Bound for Glory. 
  • Tasha Steelz (w/ Deonna Purrazzo) def. Courtney Rush (w/ Jessicka).
  • Bully Ray confronted Steve Maclin backstage. Bully Ray asked Maclin if he called him soft with a microphone, which Maclin confirmed. Ray padded Maclin’s chest and then stated “cool” before leaving. 
  • There was a video package recapping the feud between Josh Alexander & the current IMPACT World Champion Alex Shelley ahead of their match on the 2023 edition of IMPACT Bound for Glory. The package was followed by a recap of Shelley & Alexander teaming up with Chris Sabin to challenge for the NEVER Trios Championships against Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi & Tomohiro Ishii at the 2023 edition of NJPW’s Destruction in Ryogoku (full results here).
  • 2/3 Falls Killer IMPACT Match: Frankie Kazarian def. Eddie Edwards (w/ Alisha Edwards) (2-1).
