Hulk Hogan vs. Gawker ‘Rich & Shameless’ Episode Draws Over 850,000 Viewers
Big viewership numbers for “Rich & Shameless.”
The latest episode of TNT’s “Rich & Shameless” aired on May 17 with an episode looking at the Hulk Hogan vs. Gawker case. The episode drew 854,000 viewers and a 0.30 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The show aired at 11:47 following TNT’s coverage of the NBA.

The NBA Eastern Conference Finals Game 1 between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat drew 5.945 million viewers and a 2.07 rating. The post-show drew 2.112 million viewers and a 0.76 rating.
The premiere episode of “Rich & Shameless,” which aired on May 7 following the NBA playoffs, drew 982,000 viewers and a 0.34 rating. The episode covered Dennis Rodman’s stolen millions.
Gawker infamously posted the sex tape of Hulk Hogan (real name Terry Bollea) in 2016. Bollea sued Gawker, several Gawker employees and affiliates for posting portions of the tape, which also revealed racist remarks made by Hogan.In 2016, the jury voted in Bollea’s favor and found Gawker liable. He was awarded over $120 million in damages.
