Hulk Hogan Feels That Vince McMahon Could Take Kenny Omega “To The Next Level”

Hulk Hogan speaks on Kenny Omega.

Tonight at ‘All In’, the current IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega will be going one-on-one with a man with cero meido, Pentagon Jr. The two men will finally clash after fans have been asking for this match since their encounter at Pro Wrestling Guerilla’s ‘Battle Of Los Angeles’ show in 2017. The match was made official and the two bulls’ bout will stream live on both ‘HonorClub’ and FITE TV.

Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated did a piece on Kenny Omega where he had names such as The Young Bucks, current IWGP Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho, Rob Van Dam and Hulk Hogan speak to the in-ring performer that Kenny Omega and presence that Omega has. WWE Hall Of Famer Hulk Hogan, like the others who were interviewed stated that Kenny is a big-time player. Hogan went on to describe Omega as a “different animal”.

“Kenny Omega is a different animal, he’s just such a special talent,” said Hogan. “He’s already a worldwide star. You have to know how to switch gears, and Kenny understands how to work the Japanese style, the American-Japanese style, and the American style.”

Hogan was then asked the question that the public has been wanting to know and will continue wanting the answer to and that is if Kenny Omega will one day make the move to WWE. Hogan stated that he would love to see “The Cleaner” in World Wrestling Entertainment and if the opportunity ever presented itself for the sports-entertainment company to sign Omega, then Hogan believes that Vince McMahon would be able to take Kenny Omega to the next level.

“Would I love to see him go to the WWE?” asked Hogan. “Yes. Would I love to see him be used correctly? Yes. If he ever got lost in the mix, it would be a sad, sad story. But if there is a chance to sign him, Vince McMahon could be the guy to take him to the next level. If you don’t touch on the WWE, your story is not complete. But rules are made to be broken, and Kenny is such a big star that he could be the one to change all that.” Hogan continued, “Kenny is such a big star that he doesn’t need to sign in New York, but it would complete the story if he went and dominated and had a hell of a run in WWE.”

‘All In’ is set to commence on WGN America at 6PM EST. To get ready for the show, head over to Fightful’s “events” section and get a glimpse at the action on tap for tonight.
