Hulk Hogan Defends Himself Against Criticism That He Never Put Talent Over
Hulk Hogan put everyone over, brother.
Fans often criticize Hulk Hogan for “burying” younger talent during his run on top. Hogan famously had creative control in his WCW contract, which led to him staying at the top of the card, even as he began to age. Unprompted, Hogan addressed some of the criticism on Sunday on social media when he retweeted videos of him losing to Goldberg and Lex Luger on Nitro. Following his retweets, Hogan went on to ask, “Who did I forget to put over?”
Who did I forget to put over? Brother! Lol. HH

When fans brought up Bret Hart and CM Punk as two names that Hogan held back, Hogan defended himself.

Hogan also retweeted the following tweet and revealed that you never stop making money as long as you’re a smart businessman.
As I said earlier, Hulk was smart about who he put over and how often. Most of the ones who “defeated” him saw their value skyrocket, and Hulk maintained his own. Smart business. Most importantly: everyone made more –, which means a helluva lot more than worked wins and losses.

After a three-and-a-half year absence, Hogan returned to WWE television this past November at their Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia. It is unknown when he will appear on television again.
